Hi, I’m Dr. Larissa Bravo, a licensed physical therapist and founder of Zeal Health in Winter Garden, Florida. For the last decade, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people not only recover from injury but rise to a level of physical health they often thought was impossible. My approach to care is deeply individualized. I work with you one-on-one in a private setting, ensuring that you’re heard, respected, and an active participant in treatment decisions every step of the way. I blend evidence-based physical therapy with a holistic mindset—paying close attention to the individual as a whole. Add in my natural obsession with problem-solving, and you have a treatment experience like no other. In addition to my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida, I’m certified in dry needling, which allows me to drastically reduce pain and increase function in a short amount of time. However, the real transformation happens when dry needling is immediately and skillfully integrated with other components of treatment, such as joint mobilization and targeted movement pattern retraining. Outside of my clinical work, I travel often, letting the world remind me not to get "stuck in my ways." In between trips, I enjoy a wide range of creative pursuits, from cosplay to home improvement projects—anything that lets me build, express, and stay curious. I opened Zeal Health with a simple goal: to help you reclaim your physical function, feel at home in your body again, and build a sustainable plan to stay strong and mobile for the long term.
